Stamped * Albert Nurnberger * octagonal pernambuco cello bow. I got it from a teacher who had been living in New York, weighs 83.5 grams.
Can view in Wellington. The owner/manager of Bromptons (London) recently visited NZ and valued it at NZ$7000.00. It has been spliced at the tip, almost invisible. On one hand this is a detraction, on the other its now probably much stronger than original. Just been re-haired. Obviously anyone buying a quality bow will want to try it out for at least several days and this can be arranged. Use the contact form to email me.
